FORD BRONCO is scanning, new products are coming soon, please stay tuned!
Ford Bronco Sport is now starting to use recycled marine plastics, not to become the most sustainable car on the planet, but it now highlights Ford’s creativity in sustainability issues. The automaker said that it now uses recycled marine plastic to make Bronco Sport harness clips.
The entire process of extracting waste plastics from fishing nets and other "ghost gear" not only helps protect marine life and clean up the earth's waters, but Ford also found them to be very strong. It is reported that compared with the petroleum-based parts previously used by the automaker, the recycled plastic is equivalent in durability and strength tests, and the overall manufacturing process is 10% cheaper and uses less energy.

Almost all of the new Bronco front adopts a tough straight line design, and the retro round lamp shape is also a popular configuration now. The sturdy front bumper, the straight front windshield and the raised front cover have basically become the standard equipment of a hardcore off-road vehicle. The biggest highlight of the new car is the detachable soft top convertible, which is very suitable for running in the wild to breathe fresh air.

The design of the new Bronco's long strip taillights is more complicated, but the characteristics of the Ford family can still be seen. The external spare tire and the tailgate opened sideways were not present. It has a ground clearance of up to 294mm, a maximum longitudinal pass angle of 29 degrees and a departure angle of 37.2 degrees, and a wading depth of up to 850 mm.
The classic T-shaped center console is basically made of hard materials, with more physical buttons reserved. The steering wheel feels very strong, and the instrument panel consists of a color screen and pointer instruments. The central control area is a large 12-inch touch screen. There are orange decorative lines in the car, which add some highlights. Don't worry about too much space in the back row, it's basically enough, not very spacious.

This is a multifaceted victory, and the automaker said it is an important step in the company's plan to use recycled waste to produce more parts. The Pew Chairitable Trusts is a global non-governmental organization that estimates that 13 million metric tons of plastic enter the ocean every year. These fishing nets and other discarded ghost equipment account for about 10% of the trash. At present, Ford is focusing on grabbing these garbage from the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea.
Drivers will never see these recycled parts because they are installed on both sides of the Bronco Sport's second row of seats-the wires used to secure the side curtain airbags. However, Ford sees the value of adding more recycled parts, and people may begin to see and come into contact with these parts in vehicles in the future. In fact, Ford Escape also uses plastic recovered from discarded water bottles. In Bronco Sport's curvilinear cousin model, this material is made into the underbody guard.
